The room was one of the nicest I've ever experienced, surpassing even the suites at 5-star hotels in the USA. The modern design and high-end amenities made me feel pampered and luxurious. the hotel's location just a stone's throw away from the train station was convenient. The friendly and well trained staff were always ready to recommend excellent local restaurants, ensuring that I had a nice dining experience. The cozy breakfast room offered a wide variety of delicious food to start the day. The hotel's indoor pool and gym were fantastic additions, and I especially appreciated the compressor available for my mountain bike tires. I highly recommend Schlosshotel Zermatt Active & Cbd Spa for its 5-star quality, superb location, and excellent facilities.

We loved the location of this place! It was tucked away in a quiet spot but within very close walking distance of the main railway stations. The view of the mountain range from here was stunning. The center of several very old wooden buildings was also easily accessible. The staff here provided excellent service and were always there to help. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of amenities including free wi-fi and an in-room safe. The spa was definitely an added bonus providing the perfect relaxation after an adventurous day.

I had the best stay in this hotel during my Switzerland trip. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I especially loved the balcony with its view of the Matterhorn. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were beautiful and provided a refreshing experience. The location of the hotel was also superb, as it was really close to the Zermatt station and just across the street from the train station. the breakfast offered a large selection of food and was delicious.

The hotel is ideally located in a secluded spot but within very close walking distance of the main railway stations. It is also very near the train station that takes you to Gornergrat, offering breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with some even providing a balcony with a view. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the spa facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna, are a nice addition to the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The facilities were fantastic, especially for families with children. The spa and pool area were top-notch, providing a great place for relaxation and fun. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and accommodating. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that had something for everyone.
